He continued, “It’s exciting to them. They watch people’s face through the smart camera on the appliance, they watch them react to the appliance breaking. The customers always look so shocked. Then angry. Same every time. They share videos of what they call ‘the peasants’ reacting to their appliance breaking in real-time. They bets on who will go full rage-cage, slamming and breaking things. Some stand there looking dumb, others scream and shout. Some shoot the fridge with a shotgun. Very funny.”
